Letter From The President
Welcome Alumni and Friends of Mizzou,
I am very pleased to welcome you to the Kansas City Alumni Chapter website. It is a privilege and an honor to serve as president of the best alumni chapter in the world!
If you are a member of the Mizzou Alumni Association, then you are already a member of our Chapter. If you are not a member, we encourage you to join us. On the ‘How to Join’ page you will find a listing of some of the benefits to membership, and a link, where you can join online.
The KC Alumni Chapter strives to help alumni not only connect with Mizzou, but with each other. To that end, we provide various social activities for alumni, family, and friends of all ages.
Another important component of the work we do is to provide scholarships to send Kansas City area high school graduates to Mizzou. We do this with a variety of fund-raising events, including our two largest, the Friends of Mizzou Picnic and the Black & Gold Tiger Ball. Both of these events are a great chance to meet up with friends old and new, to rekindle the spirit of Ol’ Mizzou.
